Early Learning and Care Providers

Early learning and care providers are trusted professionals when it comes to children’s early development and learning. Not only are providers equipped with the skills to enhance and support early learning, they are also regular observers of children’s development. Parents frequently seek guidance from their early learning and care providers when they have questions or concerns about their child’s development, learning, and behavior.

Help Me Grow Can Help

There are many elements that go into a high quality early learning setting including formally tracking children’s development. Locally, many early learning and care centers participate in Quality Counts Ventura County to support setting up programs for developmental monitoring, developmental screening, and follow-up for children that need extra support.

“Help Me Grow Ventura County is a key partner for us and to whom we refer programs and families when navigating their support needs for developmental screening. Relationships are a crucial component to building trust with families and we are thankful to have skilled allies we can work alongside as we all promote the needs of universal developmental screenings for all children.”
